Delete in the app
- Open RouteNest and sign in.
- Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right, then Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, sign-in record, push notification token and shared locations.
- Family or private groups you own, with their members' shared locations and invitations.
- If you are the only admin of a school or organization (or an individual driver), the whole organization is deleted: its schools, vehicles, students, routes, access codes, trips and GPS history, and its drivers' accounts.
Admin activity entries and support messages are kept for the organization but no longer show your name. Billing records for paid plans are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Can't use the app?
To delete your account without the app, use Settings → Contact us in the app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
